Tom and Sue Fry started A Mobile Car Doctor in 1979 after years of being in international business overseas. Customers would mostly call Car Doctor for mobile repair service, tires, batteries, belts, etc.
Well, times change and so did vehicles. The more sophisticated cars demanded a fixed location with high tech computer analysis and certified technicians. So the Car Doctor facility grew into an 8 bay shop by 1981.
The Fry’s had 2 children, Peter and Christina, who grew up in the business. And in 1990, after graduating from Texas A&M, Peter helped to expand the business into collision repair.
Today, Car Doctor is a thriving 18 bay garage with all the latest equipment for your vehicle’s maintenance, repairs and body work.
